The first step is to register yourself (please create one account per family). Please fill out the online registration form. Once you register, you will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Once the password is reset, you are now ready to use your account online. Once you are registered, it is recommended to complete your profile with details like phone number, address, name/age group/relationship/gender etc of other members of your family.

With effect from 2022, members will be able to make their membership / GFP / event payments on line using Zelle or Card. If you pay by card then your registration is complete realtime and no additional manual steps are needed. If you pay by zelle after filling up the registration details online then your registration will remain pending until funds are received, validated and then your registration will be activated. While completing the registration steps online through BAGC website, please include the correct zelle transaction id and the registered name of the zelle account holder. Since some zelle payments can come from a company/spouse/other account who is not the primary account holder of the BAGC profile hence providing the name of the zelle account holder is important so that registration team can easily link the incoming zelle payment with your pending registration.
Non members who would like to attend specific functions can also do so. Some of the main objectives are - Better forecast of attendance in functions, Easier account management, Little or no lines at registration. Please remember for membership/event registration this step is necessary and just creating an account in BAGC website is not enough.

Yes, Registration for kids that are 6 years or younger is free, but you still need to add that kid to your BAGC profile and register the kid to help us in getting the correct headcount. Before you register or pay for your kid, please update your kid's age category in your BAGC profile if the kid is 7 years or older.

The Annual BAGC gives you the following benefits:

 - Subscription and access to BAGC emails (optional).

  • Subscription to BAGC newsletters.
  • Option to have name, address, and phone number added to BAGC phone book
  • One copy of BAGC phone book per membership. 
  • Discounted rates for BAGC events for you, family members, and guests (if not a GFP member)
  • Note- You can later upgrade the membership from single/couple to family if needed by paying the difference in order to get the discounted rates for family and guests for a specific event.

When you designate someone in your BAGC profile as Kid above 6 years age and take GFP or buy event/food ticket for that kid then you will be paying kids rate for that member. However note that, you will only get kids food option during the event for that member. If you want to get adult food for any member, then you need to update that member's age group as adult and not kid in your BAGC profile and then pay for adult rate to get adult food options.

Other than food options, there is no other difference in benefits between paying an adult rate vs kids rate.

If you are unable to login to your BAGC profile, please use the Reset Password option in the login page. System will send you a reset password email to your email id registered against your BAGC profile. Please look out for the email in your primary mailbox and also check in spam or junk folder. If you still can't find the email or unable to reset your password send an email to webmaster@bagc.net or registration@bagc.net. Don't try to create a new profile if you think that you already have a profile in BAGC website.

Only members who have taken the Premium Plan can book their food for any event through this website since premium plan excludes lunch and dinner for Saraswati Pujo, Banga Sanskriti Dibas, Durga Pujo and Kali Pujo. All GFP members and specific event pass holders will automatically have their food included. When you go to the website to book food you may not see any option to book food if no one in your profile is on premium plan. If you have some members of your profile in premium plan and some who are not on premium plan, then you will see only the premium plan members name in the food booking page and can book food only for them. 

If you are already a GFP or Premium Plan holder for this year then you don't need to separately book event/day pass for these specific events - Saraswati Pujo, Banga Sanskriti Dibas, Durga Pujo, Kali Pujo. However you can still book these for any other members of your family who is not a GFP or Premium Plan holder. But if you are not a GFP or Premium Plan holder, and you want to attend these events and enjoy the cultural programs and meals then you can book event/day pass for these events. These events will have different event/day pass prices for adults vs kids and members vs non-members. If you have already taken the basic BAGC membership (Individual or Family membership) for this year then you get the event/day passes at a discounted member rate. Otherwise you get it for a little higher non-member rate.
